The HAB cross-training program is designed for performance enhancement and injury prevention, using the latest in dance medicine and science research. Each level is tailored to address specific developmental issues and performance needs, always with an eye on producing safe and healthy dancers. The training program goals and protocols will adapt over the school and performance year, to take advantage of slower seasons while taking into account extra load on the dancers and additional requirements needed during busy seasons like the holidays and audition times. Methods used  include Pilates, Progressing Ballet Technique, dynamic stretching, and strength-training, depending on the needs of each level. Core strength, agility, balance, and healthy biomechanics are all addressed.
