Teaching the love of dance beyond the steps
One of the key elements behind HAB’s mission is the passion and the love and joy of dance. The art form has so much more to offer than technique. Teaching dance is more than learning steps. It is about teaching a solid foundation that they can understand and apply in their own love of dance. We encourage students to look at the qualities that make up the movement including expression and how they carry themselves in class for stage presence in performance.
