Haley Whitman
Haley began her dance training at Murphy Dance Studio in Albany, Georgia. While training, she was also a member of Ballet Theatre South, performing lead roles such as “Alice” in Alice in Wonderland, “Clara” in The Nutcracker, and “Jasmine” in Arabian Nights. Haley spent her summers attending the Joffrey Ballet school on full scholarship, Atlanta Ballet, and the Governor’s Honors Dance Program. After graduating High School, Haley moved to Plano Texas to join the Joffrey Ballet School as a ballet trainee. Haley had the privilege of performing several classical and neoclassical works including excerpts from Gisele, Raymonda, La Bayadere, Le Corsaire, Coppelia, and as “Arabian” and “Dewdrop” in The Nutcracker. In 2022 and 2023 Haley worked as a Guest Artist for Ballet Theatre South as the “Sugar Plum Fairy” in The Nutcracker. Haley graduated from the Joffrey Ballet School with a ballet certification and has started her professional career with Ballet Papillon and is a principal instructor in the Children’s Division of the Hathaway Academy of Ballet.
